Our MissionBitWiseIS (Bitwise Integration Services) is a factory automation engineering consulting service specializing in batching and manufacturing execution system (MES) solutions. Our goal is to provide a customer with what they want; the most efficient, user friendly, reliable, and cost effective solution to integrating their plant floor systems with their administrative systems. BitWiseIS offers its Microsoft Access based INTEGRATOR 2000 (I2k) human-machine interface ( HMI) toolkit to solve many of the complexities inherent in developing these types of systems.
Company ProfileEvery year our customers are demanding more from software products, hardware products, and automation engineers as they try to integrate their plant floor systems with their administrative systems. The typical solution has been to layer software applications such as relational databases, HMI's, database front ends, spreadsheets, and custom code etc.. in order to manage information between these systems. Although this works and there are many fine products currently available, the sheer size and complexity of these systems can create an overwhelming burden to the customer as far as total cost, ease of use, and maintainability. BitWiseIS was created to target these issues. With the notion that 'simple is best', BitWiseIS has developed a Human Machine Interface (HMI) solution that integrates these layers into one package that is powerful, yet remarkably simple to configure, develop, and maintain. INTEGRATOR 2000 bridges the gap between your process IO and administrative database without requiring any custom programming (see Bitwise Integrator 2000 section for more information).
