BitwiseIS is an engineering services provider.  The success of any project is in part dependent on the stability, power, and flexibility of the underlying application software used for its development.  That is why BitwiseIS endorses and has the most experience with the following products: Intellution HMI, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQLServer, and Microsoft Visual Basic.  

Up until recently, most manufacturing systems involved an elaborate paper trail of orders, schedules, and reports linking their administrative systems to their plant floor processes.  BitwiseIS has developed a number of successful MES and batching system solutions.  The key to these solutions is integrating a relational database with administrative and process systems.  The glue that binds these systems together is our custom Visual Basic code used to process orders, track events, and log information.

Today's manufacturing facilities are becoming increasingly reliant on their Scada systems.  Scada system downtime is no longer an option.  BitwiseIS has designed and implemented fully redundant systems that assure 24/7 service.  These systems perform database replication, database synchronization, and HMI/database failover.
